How Should I Choose The Right Water Temperature?

1. Choose the appropriate water temperature according to the material of the clothes and the degree of stains. Generally speaking, warm water (30°C ~ 60°C) is conducive to the full dissolution of washing powder, increases the activity of activated molecules, promotes the saponification of greasy dirt in water, and improves the washing effect.
2. The optimal water temperature for cotton fabrics is 40°C to 50°C; for woolen clothes, the most suitable water temperature is around 35°C; for cleaning linen clothes, the water temperature should be controlled at 30°C or below. If the clothes have stubborn stains such as blood stains, feces, diarrhea, vomiting or urine stains, you can choose a higher water temperature for washing.
3. For sheets, towels, underwear and other items that may contain bacteria or dust mites, it is recommended to use a higher water temperature (at least 60°C) for washing to ensure that bacteria and dust mites are killed. Washing all clothing at a higher temperature is also recommended if your family suffers from lice, scabies, bacterial, viral or fungal infections.
