Customization Process
1. please provide Design & Requirements:
Design Drawings: Include dimensions, thickness, and detailed specifications.
Brand Logos: Choose from embroidered logos, woven labels, or sewn-on fabric tags, and clearly mark the logo position on the design drawings for accuracy.
Material Selection: Select from a diverse range of fabrics, such as polyester,acrylic, wool, cotton, silk , and more.
Color Preferences: Pick colors from our Pantone color card or provide specific color references. We also offer customized patterns and prints.
2.Sample production：
After the design is confirmed, samples will be arrange sample production
Sampling time
Sampling time – Usually 7-15 days, depending on factory scheduling.
Sample cost
Sample cost - Discuss the cost and confirm the payment method in the email
3.Sign the contract after the sample is correct.
Once the factory finishes developing the prototype sample, it will be sent to the customer for approval. Should the sample meet the customer's requirements, a contract will be signed to move forward with mass production; if changes are necessary, the factory will adjust accordingly (with potential additional revision fees).
4.Mass production
Upon sample confirmation, mass production will begin in accordance with the sample.
The production lead time for bulk orders typically ranges from 30 to 45 days, which varies based on the product design and order quantity.
5.Quality Inspection & Packaging
Our standard packaging is as follows: each piece is packed in an OPP bag, and then the bags are placed into reinforced corrugated cartons. We also offer customized packaging options, such as gift box packaging, etc., as long as you provide us with the packaging specifications/materials. After the bulk production is completed, our professional QC team will conduct an inspection before shipment.
6.Shipping
Once the bulk goods have passed inspection, packaging is completed, and payment is received, we will arrange shipment according to the customer's requirements. We can accept FOB, CNF and CIF as trade terms. The goods are normally shipped by sea, air, or train via Shanghai or Ningbo Port. Additionally, we can also provide small-package shipping via FEDEX, DHL, or other carrier services.
